Ez egy cseh étel, leginkább sör mellé, de nem feltétlenül. Pácolt camembert sajt, Csehországban van direkt ehhez való, meglepő módon "Hermelin" néven. A receptet nem is írom ide, könnyű megtalálni. (Bár az itt leírt két hét egy picit soknak tűnik)
Elkészítésnél a közönséges befőttes üveg (Hydria Officinale) nem a legjobb választás, mert felül szűkebb és nem tudod majd rendesen kiszedni a szeleteket.
This is a Czech dish, mostly with beer, but not necessarily. Marinated camembert cheese, in the Czech Republic there is something for this, called - surprisingly - "Hermelin". I won't even write the recipe here, it's easy to find. (Although the two weeks described here seem a bit much)
For preparation, the ordinary mason jar (Hydria Officinale) is not the best choice, because it is narrower at the top and you will not be able to take out the slices properly.
